Return & Exchange Timeframe
- You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify, the item must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in original condition
- Be returned in the same packaging it was delivered in
- Have all tags, labels, and accessories intact
Any item that shows signs of use, washing, or damage will not be accepted.
Shipping Cost
- The shipping cost for returns or exchanges is the customer’s responsibility.
- SS COLLECTION does not cover return or exchange shipping charges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- You must contact us within 15 days
- Clear visual proof (photos or video) must be provided when submitting your claim
- Claims without visual evidence will not be processed
